Spiritual Terms

Under the influence of Kali in Kailyug, the real meaning of the eternal Hindu Vedic scriptures is replaced by contemporary beliefs and notions. God, our eternal father, cannot bear to see His children groping in the dark in this manner. Hence, He periodically sends God-realized saints to reestablish the real meaning of the scriptures.
Our Guru, the 5th original Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, descended on this earth to reestablish the true knowledge and illustrate the undoubted and easiest path to God-realization. Shri Maharaj Ji worked tirelessly for 91 years, to freely distribute the true knowledge hidden in eternal Vedic scriptures. He gave uncountable lectures, wherein he revealed the meaning of those scriptures and gave practical tips on how to practice devotion in everyday life.
From lectures given by Shri Maharaj Ji and literature produced by Him, we have compiled a list of commonly used spiritual terms and their brief descriptions. Please click on the links below to get a better understanding of the Vedic Philosophy.
