In the context of maha pralaya you might have heard jeev remains immersed in karnarnav.
And might be wondering What is Karnarnav?
You are not alone. So I'll shed a brief light on this word
All forms of God have their own abode or dham. e.g. Golok is dham of Shri Radha Krishna, Saket is dham of Shri Ram, Vaikunth is of MahaVishnu, Just like that there are Shiv lok, Shakti Lok and dham of each form of God.
Golok Dham of Shri Krishna is situated the highest and is the largest. Below Golok is Baikunth Dham and abodes of all other forms of God. A divine river called the ‘Viraja River’ or Karnarnav separates material world from the divine area called paravyom lok.
As opposed to divine water this Birja River is not material water. It is divine water and all mukt gyani's remain immersed in this water. and during maha pralaya all jeev also remain immersed in river.
