The first priority of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj is the spiritual upliftment of the souls through devotion, since only through this are human virtues such as love, sympathy, mercy, honesty, generosity, etc. able to fully develop. If it is impossible to establish peace even in one's own family without these qualities, then without these same qualities, how could there be peace in the world?

Because of this, Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj encourages us to sincerely love God and to recognize that He is eternally related to all the living beings, and He is our true well-wisher who never leaves us even for even a moment.

The mission of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishad (JKP) is to spread these valuable thoughts through Shri Maharaj Ji's broadcast and online discourses, his preachers and his books. The comprehension of the above mentioned philosophy may turn a person towards God in the real sense. God is an unfathomable ocean of love and compassion. Loving Him means loving these qualities, which can easily bring peace and tranquility in life.

In addition to spiritual development first, JKP places great emphasis on secular charitable activities. In addition to its work in the fields of education and medicine, JKP regularly sponsors marriages of the needy, donates foodstuffs to villagers during times of food shortages, supports governmental agencies with donations during times of natural disasters, offers annual donations and tangible goods to homeless widows and renunciates of Vrindaban, supports organizations that help the blind and handicapped, and regularly distributes winter clothes, blankets and cookware to the poor.
